Rúbanisko II boiler house – Lučenec

The company Engul, s.r.o. participated in the project “Modernization of the heating plant Rúbanisko II” for the company Veolia Energia Lučenec, as (Slovakia).

This project consisted of technology design, construction, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and warranty service for an engul 1000 GACF cogeneration unit (CHP) installed in a boiler room in a soundproof enclosure. Engul also ensured the supply of a transformer and a high-voltage switchboard, equipment used to output electricity from the generator (at a voltage level of 22 kV).
Heat output of cogeneration: 861 kWt.

The cogeneration unit was successfully put into operation, tested during March 2021. The electrical energy produced by the cogeneration unit is supplied to the distribution network, and the produced heat is distributed by the central heat supply system (CZT) in Lučenec.
